How do I create an account?
Click Register in the top navigation bar. Fill in your email and password, then verify your email address through the confirmation link we send you.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click Login, then Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link.
Can I use social login?
Yes, we support Google and GitHub login. Click the respective button on the login page to connect your account.
Licenses
How many domains can I use with one license?
It depends on your tier and product. Each pricing tier specifies a maximum number of domains. You can check this on the product page or in your license details.
Can I transfer a license to another person?
Licenses are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. If you need to change ownership, please contact support.
What happens when my license expires?
The plugin will continue to function, but you will no longer receive updates or support. Some plugins may disable certain features after expiry. We recommend renewing to keep your software secure and up to date.
Downloads
Where do I download my purchased plugins?
Go to Dashboard → My Licenses. Each active license has a Download button to get the latest version.
How do I get updates?
For WordPress plugins, update notifications appear in your WordPress dashboard. For WHMCS modules, download the latest version from your Intally dashboard and upload it to your server.
Membership
Can I switch between membership plans?
Yes. If you upgrade to a higher plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. Any remaining time from your old plan will be prorated.
What happens to my licenses if I cancel my membership?
Your licenses remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, they will expire and plugins will no longer receive updates.
Payments & Billing
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your credit card details. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for every order. Go to Dashboard → My Orders to view and download your invoices.

Is my data safe?
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, login attempt limiting, and CAPTCHA protection. We never share your personal information with third parties.
