License Activation & Domain Binding

How License Activation Works

When you install a plugin and enter your license key, the plugin contacts our verification server. On the first successful verification, your current domain is automatically bound to the license — no extra steps needed.

Multi-Domain Binding

Depending on your plan, a single license may support multiple domain bindings. For example, a Professional tier license may allow up to 3 domains.

  • Each new domain is bound automatically when the plugin verifies from that domain.
  • Once you reach the domain limit, additional domains will be rejected until you release an existing binding.
  • You can view all bound domains in your dashboard under My Licenses.

IP Tracking

We record the IP address of each verification request for security purposes, but IP is not used for validation. You can change your server's IP freely without affecting your license.

Checking Your License Status

In your Intally dashboard, navigate to My Licenses. Each license shows:

  • Status — Active, Expired, or Suspended
  • Bound Domains — List of currently bound domains
  • Expiry Date — When the license expires (subscription licenses renew automatically)
  • Tier — Your current plan tier (e.g., Basic, Professional, Enterprise)

Common Issues

  • "License key not found" — Double-check you copied the full 32-character key without extra spaces.
  • "Domain limit reached" — Release an unused domain from your dashboard, or upgrade to a higher tier.
  • "License expired" — Renew your subscription or purchase a new license.
