License Renewal & Binding Reset

Automatic Renewal (Subscriptions)

If you purchased a subscription plan, your license renews automatically at each billing cycle. The payment method on file (credit card via Stripe, or PayPal) will be charged automatically. You will receive an email notification before each renewal.

Manual Renewal

If your license has expired or you prefer one-time purchases:

  1. Log in to your Intally dashboard.
  2. Go to My Licenses and find the expired license.
  3. Click Renew and complete the checkout process.
  4. Your license will be reactivated immediately with a new expiry date.

Domain Binding Reset

If you have migrated your site to a new domain and need to release old bindings:

  1. Go to My Licenses in your dashboard.
  2. Click on the license to view its details.
  3. Under Bound Domains, click the Unbind button next to the domain you want to release.
  4. Install the plugin on your new domain — it will bind automatically on the next verification.

Important Notes

  • Binding resets are limited to 2 per month per license to prevent abuse.
  • If you need additional resets, please contact our support team via a ticket.
  • Upgrading your tier does not reset your binding count — existing bindings carry over.
