Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a plugin, you may request a refund within this period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Intally dashboard.
  2. Go to My Orders and find the order you want to refund.
  3. Click on the order to view details, then click the Request Refund button.
  4. Provide a brief reason for the refund and submit.
  5. Our team will review and process your request, usually within 1-3 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Credit card (Stripe) — Refunded to the original card. May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal — Refunded to your PayPal account, usually within 1-3 business days.
  • USDT — Automatic refunds are not supported for cryptocurrency payments. Please contact support via a ticket, and we will arrange a manual transfer.

What Happens After a Refund

  • All license keys associated with the refunded order will be automatically revoked.
  • If the order was for a membership plan, the membership and all associated licenses will be cancelled.
  • Any coupon used on the refunded order will have its usage count restored.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Renewal orders for subscriptions that have been actively used.
  • Orders where the plugin files have already been downloaded and deployed on more than one domain.
